Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: For any order below 100€ total we charge 15€ for shipping and handling. Orders exceeding 100€ are shipped for FREE.

Q: Which countries do you ship to, which shipping company do you use and how long does it take?

A: We use Deutsche Post / DHL for EU wide shipments and depending on the country you live in, it may take 3-12 days to arrive from the day your order was shipped.

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?

A: We only accept crypto payments via our trusted partner Oxapay. You can conveniently pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, Solana, USDT, USDC and many others.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

A: Check the tracking status. At best your order is still on the way, at second best it was delivered to a neighbor, to a local post office or parcel shop and is waiting for pick up and at worst you made a mistake in your shipping address and your parcel could not be delivered. If the latter is the case and the shipment is returned to sender, your parcel will be lost. In case your parcel was delivered to a post office or a parcel shop it is vital that you immediately pick up your shipment. If it is returned to sender your shipment will be lost.

Q: Where do you ship from and do I really don’t have to worry about any issues with the customs?

A: We ship from Germany and yes, there won’t be any customs issues within the EU.

Q: Do you ship outside of the EU?

A: We currently do not ship outside of the EU as we cannot guarantee you a hassle free experience with your local customs.

Q: I made a mistake in my shipping address and only realized it after you shipped my items. What can I do?

A: Once you have the tracking number you may be able to call your country’s Deutsche Post / DHL partner (or Deutsche Post / DHL directly if you live in Germany) and attempt an address correction. While this may work in many cases, we cannot guarantee it always will, therefor it is absolutely vital that you make sure your address is correct!

Q: What do you do with my data and do you store any of it for longer?

A: We only use your data for the order & shipping process and delete everything within 2 weeks after the shipment.
